Hi dear I have bought item from facebook and stated item arrived singapore seen then it stated deliver but I have not recived item yet so then i try contacted seller but did not reply yet have waited for so long and not recived yet so then I relise the seller has make fake websites and scam me and also I paid just extra for VIP shipping and delivered too long till I have not recived yet I also does not no how to contacted my carier please . I need refund back

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
