They are delayed due to the coronavirus situation in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't wait, you can contact the seller to give you a solution.

Hi Daisy, thanks for your prompt reply. May I know more details about the situation, can you give me some more idea about how many approximate days required to wait for the delivery. As the warehouse will not take any responsibilities but I would like to know the parcels will sent back to the warehouse or EMS will deliver it to Hong Kong?

I would like to ask for a help - I have very important parcels LT364612445NL, LT364483193NL, LT362351464NL . As I can see all parcels are stucked in transit country Liege-Linehaul, Belgium. This is my second experience with Chinapost because the Royal Mail keeps sending parcels through you guys, and both times, I have had this same problem.
My parcels have been stuck in Tianjin for 2 whole weeks.
