EB750018048CN delayed and 2 arrival records

|

Not sure what is happening with my package EB750018048CN. It has been almost a month since it was first marked arrived. Then a few weeks later there is another arrival scan. Can you please check where the package is and how much longer it will be delayed? Thanks!

Hi prozess,

It should be in Canada now. You'd better wait for more days to see it's got by Canada Post.

Can you check which flight it arrived in Canada in? There are 2 arrival scans almost a month apart so are you sure it is not just in a middle country? Customs would have scanned it by now if this was in Canada.

Hi Prozess,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after airline start shipping. You'd better wait for more days to get update showing it's got by Canada Post.

Are you sure? I checked tracking from another source and the package was routed through Thailand and now is in Egypt. Clearly not in Canada. What is happening???? Why was it not directly sent to Canada to begin with?

Dispute of package size with seller (1 reply)

I received a package with this number in Torquay, Australia. The records at our Post Office stated the package was .082kg in weight and fitted in my letterbox. The seller is claiming it was stolen. It should have contained a comforter, two pillows and six other linen items. A bit bigger than the weight the post office in Australia had recorded from the seller. Do you have records of the customs paperwork concerning the weight and or dimensions of the package sent by the seller please?
