Hey, my parcel has been stuck since march of this year, just wanted to know if you guys could give some further info on it. Thanks!

Hi captainboggle,

It has left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.

Is an item of clothing that didn't fit that I returned to the seller in China. It was sent on 17th March 2021, and arrived in China on 28th March. It sat from 28th March until 11th of may when it arrived at facility. It was then marked "Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)" on 11th May and has not moved since. The tracking number now says "expired". What can I do to get the item to be delivered to the seller so that I can get a refund?
