Hi, kindly need you help to check where is the package is. When I called to EMS China, it said that already left China but they had no idea where is the package went to. If there is a system, it should show what is the flight number and head at to where. or at least where the flight is going to ? Please update me with this current situation

I had a package sent to me on April 14th, through China EMS. It was collected on the 15th and despatched to the UK on the 17th, however the tracking site I was provided with and my local couriers tracking both have no updated since. I thought EMS was usually quicker than this and I looked it up to read that EMS from China to the UK usually takes 7-20 days, but my tracking has not updated in a month.
I found tracking websites that share more detailed information however this is what I get:

Why has its flight departed so many times? What does this mean. Should I be concerned about my parcel yet?? Or is taking this long normal for EMS

Where is my package now? These are the last 6 tracking results. It seems that Singapore Airlines had landed on wet concrete and got stuck forever.
