Please help me figure out what has happened to my package: EA435164941CN It’s been more than 2 months and it hasn’t left China. It says it was transferred to the airline but it hasn’t arrived in the US. Please help!

Hi ae52sweetie,

It should be delayed for a long time in China. To my experience, there should be update showing it arrives in early October, you'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, I have been waiting 52 days for a package to arrive from China to New York USA. The package still shows as in China. The seller who provided tracking originally told me the package was in the US long ago but due to delays here had not been delivered. Clearly from tracking the package shows as in China. Hi Daisy,
China post says “inbound flight arrived” 47 days ago. I know that it says to wait 30-60 days but my post office just let me know that it hasn’t even left China yet and is not in US customs, so it will clearly take much longer than 60 days. I am starting to believe that my package is lost. Please let me know what to do from here
