Dear, my package number EA371443858CN has been shipped from Shangai since October 10th and was suppose to after 7 to 15 days But till now I've not received it.
Could you please help me on this

Hi Igor,

It's not normal for it. This is sent by EMS which should reach in 7-20 days. It has been a month that you still don't receive it. Better contact the sender as soon a possible to let the sender check it with China Post by calling their service number 11183 in China.
