Can you please tell me when this shipment will be delivered ? Since oct 13 it has left Bejing to Global Traffic Hub. These are very important documents, please advise as soon as possible, thank you.

I asked PostNL if it has been received. So far they did not receive this parcel. Can you please tell me where the parcel is now? Maybe it is possible for you to contact the Global Traffic Hub to ask fr the status of this shipment?

You said after the shipment left China, it will be handed over to PostNL in the Netherlands. However, they have not received it. Can you ask the Global Traffic Hub where the parcel is now? And when it will be transferred to PostNL ?

Sorry, we are not official websit of China Post. We only offer free tracking service for you. You'd better call 11183 in China to contact China Post to get help. If you are not convenient, better let the sender call them.

Sorry, the tracking is not available after it left China. In your country it will be handed over to PostNL to deliver it to you. You'd better contact PostNL to ask if they have received it.
