How do I return an item from China Post e-Packet?????

Do you mean you receive an item from China Post e-Packet? When it arrives your country, it should be delivered by your local post service. If you want to return it back, you can use the post service in your place and when it arrives in China, it will be sent by China Post.

Where do you buy the item? You need to contact the sender to ask for the returned address and contact number.
