Duty fee

Hi,
I send back a package to china and i paid the delivery fee here in Hungary however the tracking website says my package arrived but some duty fee have to be paid again.
The customs didnt wanna help and did not pay the fee, can you help me out that how can i pay the duty fee for my package if its in china?

You couldn't pay for it from abroad. It needs the receiver to pay for it. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
