Don’t know what’s going on with my order.

So I been having trouble figuring out things. I been waiting on my order: LY304676364CN... never received it. I got a email. Saying it was waiting on my pick. I pick the link and it was all In Chinese. I kept send emails but never got a reply. Now I finally found a way to read it in English and now I’m seeing it was sent back. To the seller due to the wrong address. When I payed extra for this package. So please help me on getting my package back. Cause I’m certain I put the right address on.
