I have been waiting on my package for a while now AG085531608CN and need to find the usps tracking number because it has been stuck in transit for almost a month.

Hello i have packages with tracking number that starts with RP.......CN and obvious i have a problem with them. Because the last known tracking was "domestic by transfer" and before that was "the package was exported to open and dismantle" ?
With tracking numbers that starts with RG... I have never had an issues before, but this RP have issues? Why?
