Domestic by transfer?

Hello i have packages with tracking number that starts with RP.......CN and obvious i have a problem with them. Because the last known tracking was "domestic by transfer" and before that was "the package was exported to open and dismantle" ?
With tracking numbers that starts with RG... I have never had an issues before, but this RP have issues? Why?

Don't worry about this. 'domestic by transfer' means it's still in domestic transfer in China now. It will be transferred to the next station of China for exportation.
