Does ePacket work these days?

Hello, I need your help and advice please. I live in Israel and I made some orders from china and chose EMS shipping. Some of the orders were made about two months ago and some of them a little later. Here are tracking numbers: LO895790881CN and LZ020956965CN, Is there any chance to know how long will it take for the to arrive to Israel? I also got an update on the last number, it says: "Mail Exchange Station Returned" Does it means it returned back after more than a month? Can the seller take it back? Please help

LO895790881CN has left China and is in transit to Israel now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for another ten days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

LZ020956965CN: According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller or sent again. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
