Document lost

I have sent a document from China to UK on 2 June 2016 and traced the track. It indicated that the document was signed and received on 08 June. But the company in UK told me that no such person working there. Now can I find out the name of the last touched post station so I can enquire?

Who gave you the address for the person? The person should have responsibility for this.

In general, it's hard to check which post station last touch it. Could you let me know the tracking number? I'll check if there is any information for that.
