Dispatch to country of destination for 16 days

I just want to know the reason why my 2 packages (EV932264944CN, EV932264975CN) haven’t arrived yet and it’s almost over 2 weeks since it was Dispatch to country of destination. Can you help me track it? Thank you.

Hi Krish,

EMS is not as fast as before due to the affect of coronavirus. They are delayed in China for some days. You need to wait for more days to get update showing they arrived in Philippines.

an item purchased from Ali express cannot be traced. I checked with vendor and according to them it has reached the destination. Th local GPO cannot trace it as it is unregistered. the tracking number is 04150469032.

The GPO has asked me to provide the following information to trace the article:

Dispatch number and date of dispatch.
