Difference in tracking info between cainiao GOT and other tracking sites

Cainiao GOT shows a 27/11 update "NL-Item received at OE in the destination country" but your website and others (17track, PostNL) only showed up to 13/11 update. Why the difference? Thanks.

Hello, I ordered a package theough Amazon. They gave a tracking number of AQ079061660CN. I ordered this on October 15th with an expected delivery between Oct 25 and Nov 4. The only info listed says carrier picked up package on OCT 16th. NOTHING SINCE THEN. When looking on other sites, it can't find any info on it. Can someone help with this?
