Didn’t receive package

In tracking it shows my package ( tracking number LV649289099CN) delivered to me yesterday but I didn’t receive any package. I already asked to my building caretaker and he told that there is no package coming yesterday. I want to know exactly whom you give mu parcal and on what time.
