Didn’t receive package

In tracking it shows my package ( tracking number LV649289099CN) delivered to me yesterday but I didn’t receive any package. I already asked to my building caretaker and he told that there is no package coming yesterday. I want to know exactly whom you give mu parcal and on what time.

The status of the above package according to the package tracker: Delivered.
But I didn't take it, I didn't get anything. AS033877691CN my tracking id. I didn't receive my package yet. Why tracking id is showing that I have received successfully when I didn't even get the package. What the scam is this? Is this legit? When I asked the seller they said they shipped but they are not refunding the full amount.
