Didn’t receive my parcel

Did receive my parcel I check on china post and it said it was delivered but I haven’t received my order I need to contact the company who took the money out of my account I am very upset about this .

Hi Morgan,

You need to check the company's information from the place where you bought it. Contact the company to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the company doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
