Didn’t receive my package

I order on December 5 I was watching the tracking every couple of days then it said it delivered on January 6 but I never received the package check with carrier been trying to email everybody no body responded no refund giving no package I’m just trying to see where the package went and how I can get a refund

The tracking company is 17track. It says that the package has been delivered but I didn’t receive anything.
