It says it was shipped successfully, but I didn’t get the parcel and even any calls, messages or email that notice it shipped. Can I still get my parcel or refund? I am looking forward to get reply from you. Thanks.

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
