Did'nt find my shippment

There is a shippment was deliverd to me by you and i didn't recieve it or find it so can you tell me how i can get it?

Destination : Dubai, United arab of emirates

Hi Sherif,

The seller uses China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to send it. It's a cheap and slow service and not registered. So, it couldn't be tracked. Two or three months are needed for the delivery. If you couldn't get it within three months, it may be lost. Then, you'd better ask your money back.
