Hi Tantawan,

Try to contact the seller to reflect the problem. If the seller doesn't reply you, you must be scammed. Then, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered a product and your mail forwarded it, but I didn't get what I asked for, it was probably confused or sent a different package number to my email address than it really would have been because what I ordered and the product I received is not marketed by that company. Please help me!!!
