THIS SHIPMENT SAYS IT DELIVERED ON 3/14 BOTH AT 1113AM AND 1113PM THIS DAY.
I NEVER RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT AND WAS HERE ALL DAY/NIGHT. IT SAYS CHINA EMS EPACKET DELIVERED IT. PLEASE DIRECT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO RETRIEVE MY PRODUCT. ITS A BIKE SO IT WASNT IN A MAILBOX. I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THEY DELIVERED IT IF THEY DID AT ALL. THIS IS THE 3 ITEM THAT HASNT MADE IT TO ME BY VIA CHINA POST.
PLEASE ADVISE ME ON A RESOLUTION FROM YOU.

I have not received my package which tracking info states it arrived 2023-03-11 Jacksonville, at ChuLi Center, 2023-03-14 ChuMeTouDi, and was delivered 2023-03-14 delivered. I need to know what address it was delivered to as it was not my address nor my neighbors address. I've confirmed surveillance up and down my street and no delivery on 3/14/2023 at any time. It was delivered on March 14. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
