Did not receive packages

I ordered a lot of stuff from sellers. There are two sellers I did not recieve all my packages from. Zhen chen aka Tony's porcelain owes me 3 packages $405 $218 $100. I never recoeved packages. I was told you have my signature as receiving and that can't be because I didn't sign for anything ever. Zaoqiang county animal shelter never sent 2 packages $35.98 $25.98. I never recieved these packages and I never signed anything ever. My post office and police are involved. I can send you the letters and police report. I just want my money back. I did recoeve the packages. Please give my money back. I ORDER a lot so please stop scamming me.inever recieved the packages at 215 Curry Court Wooster Ohio United States of America 44691. My post office needs the tracking numbers so they can track packages. The police woul also like information so they can check this out. That's a lot of money and I will need that back.I REPEAT I DID NOT SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGES AND I DID NOT RECIEVE THE ABOVE SAID PACKAGES AT THE PROCES LISTED. Hello, I bought several ukuleles one after the other from Amazon from September 23rd, 2023 with the following ChinaPost tracking numbers:
AT044996010CN, AT045266581CN, AT053759623CN, AT052277430CN (two more packages for me are still on the way). I would like to receive all of these packages even though the seller has already issued me a credit against my express request due to alleged shipping problems.
The first four packages are already in Germany, were stated as being delivered, but did not arrive. Later it appears as delivered, but at midnight and to the delivery base, but NOT to my address! I would like to receive these packages myself!

Will DPD deliver in Germany? ... as the seller told me.
Could you please arrange for all the packages to be delivered to me! After delivery, the seller can take back his refund.

The border area between Pakistan and China has reopened to move the containers. Now, please tell me where these packages are?? I need to move to Canada and I need these packages.
When I check on this site, it says expired at the end. Please tell me asap when I will receive these packages or will they be returned?
