The tracking number says package was delivered but I didn't receive it?
I'm concerned that maybe it was delivered to the wrong address.

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
