Did not get the package

Hello, I did not get the package but when I check the tracking number it shows up as "properly cast". Can you please check and see what is going on? The tracking number is AQ823952457CN. Thanks!

Hi Andrei,

According to the tracking information, it was delivered on July 15. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
