Did my package get blocked?

I'm waiting for my parcel (LZ179038970CN) It looks from the following status update that it may have been blocked in transit.

Can you tell me if this is the case so that I can follow up, perhaps with the seller?

Hi Mark Strain,

It's not blocked. It's in transit to UK now. There will be update when it arrives in UK. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
