Package arrived in Michigan and has been stuck since it arrived. Who can I contact or can you find out why it is stuck?

Hi Overtaken,

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about what happens to it. If the seller doesn't reply you and you couldn't receive it in another 10 days, you'd better try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Since the shipment was received by china post and delivery some where in Yanbu it mean shipment was there with china post. How you are saying ask back seller give another tracking number or ask back for refund.
