Despatch to overseas postal admin

My package LB175740502SG has been stuck at "Despatch to overseas postal admin" for two weeks now and I'm beginning to worry I will not receive it. Please help me understand what's happening and how long it will take to receive it

It's sent by 4PX express. It needs to be transited from Singapore and then from Singapore to Australia. It's in Singapore now and will be transited to Australia.
