Despatch from Sorting Center for 2 months now

I ordered something on March 4, 2020 and it says it'll be delivered on April 8, 2020. It has now been over 2 months and it still hasn't arrived. Should I be concerned? Tracking number is LS262782461C. Thanks.

Hi bellaella,

It's still stuck in China now. As it has been over two months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller as soon as possible to get refund.

Other packages from China do not have this massive delay issues, so I'm assuming this package is now lost and not being accurately updated by the systems in place?

What has happened to my parcel (1 reply)

Hi I'm wondering what has happened to my parcel (LZ154001925CN). It seemed to be in the sorting center for a couple of days be dispatched again and now nothing..... is it lost at sea?? Haha. Only as as I has thought it would be with me by now, Thanks for any update.
