departed on the airline but one package didn't arrive

I ordered around 8 packages all within a week and all of them have arrived and they took 10 days on the plane to come to the UK. However one them hasn't been delivered and it still says airline departure. Now it has been almost 20 days but still no update. Tracking number is LV215000753CN. Please help

Hi devpraj,

You can not Sometimes, it may be delayed in China for some days. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be reached in this month.

Its been almost 3 months i didnt get my parcel yet. Last time it was tracked on 13 june. In which it was mentioned that parcel is handed over to the airline. Please tell me where my parcel is. Is it lost.
