DEPARTED COUNTRY ORIGIN FOR 2 MONTHS

Hello, i have a package i don't receive it yet. it's been 2 months. my package from china and supposed to be arrived to Indonesia. i order using AliExpress. it says "Departed country origin" but the status stuck until 2 months

Please help me.

Hi Almira Rahma,

There is no update for it after August 14. You need to open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund in time.
