Departed country of origin SINCE July 31st

My parcel is stuck witht he same status since july 31st i really need it what should i do can i cancel it ?

Hi Hassan maroof,

You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in your country. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach. It couldn't be cancelled.
