Delivery was not made

Tracking shows it was delivered. It was not! I contacted the post office it was delivered from and they said it was never came through their office.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?

Hi,
My delivery, AT462100818CN has been marked as delivered but no delivery attempt has been made at my address.
Also the ems tracking number, AT462100818CN , does not work on the Irish postal companies website, so I don't know what partner China post are using in Ireland to deliver packages.
Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
