My tracking number is AM450436899CN and it says the delivery was attempted and unsuccessful. I cannot find the package within the USPS system but it says the delivery was attempted through USPS. Who should I contact and what should I do?

You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about it. According to the tracking information, the deliery was failed. It will be back to the sender.
