Package AM769992905CN tacking says it was delivered. Was it through Australia Post on arrival in Australia or a courier service & is there a new tracking number for it if so can you supply tracking number

According to the tracking information, AM769992905CN was delivered on April 12. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
