Hi Jay,

The Cheapest way is to use China Post large package service by Surface way. It will be delivered by ship. It may reach you 1 or 2 Months.
For the price, it costs 83.5 RMB for the first 1kg and 20 RMB for every additional 1kg. So, for the package with the weight of 20kg, it needs about 460 RMB.
