Hi, I placed an order 1st September and it got shipped on the 4th. It’s been saying flight departure since the 7th of September. Why is it still in departure after 7 days? The flight doesn’t take that long. So it’s been a total of 15 days I still haven’t received my parcel. The tracking number is EV993292759CN it usually only takes 9-10 days please tell me what’s the problem. Thank you

Hi, my parcel EV993292759CN has been saying flight departure for over 10 days now. It’s very frustrating because why is it taking so long if the airline has departed? This delivery is very inconsistent sometimes 10 days sometimes 20+ days what is happening with the parcel and why is it not arrived please let me know as I need the parcel ASAP

It has been saying waiting for airline space and flight departure for over 10 days now EV993292759CN
EMS is slow to UK now. It takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
