hi, i would like to follow up the statusof the packge, tracking num: UW029836948CN and UW029940614CN. as the last status say ready for pick up, in what specific address should i pik it up? and why it has not been delivered to me? nor a delivery man try to contact me to have it delivered? your response is highly appreciated.

Hi. I have been tracking my package and in April 27 it says “out for delivery”. This status is repeated on May 7. What does this means? Yesterday, both dates said “scheduled for delivery”.
