Delivery of Letter

I have sent a letter to my son in Guangzhou. It was posted from the UK on 20/02/2017. The tracking number is RZ102800426GB.

Please advise the status of this item. As it has not yet been delivered would it be possible for it to be collected from the
post office? If so please advise the address of the post office from which it can be collected.

Hi R Gallagher,

It has been collected by Wuyang Xincheng Post Office on March 4. Address: Siyou Xinma Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. I searched it on Baidu and could not gurantee its accuarcy. Hope it helps.

Would you please show me the correct way to Address a letter to the UK. a visual example would be excellent. The reason i ask this question, i recently posted a letter to the UK. from Hengyang City and the letter came back to me, i was forced to pay postage again which i think is utterly unfair and i want to make sure this does not happen again.
