Delivery of letter

I have sent a letter to my son in Guangzhou. It was posted from the UK on 20/02/2017. The tracking number is RZ102800426GB.

I have checked its status on your website and it says :

[Guangzhou swap Council] has imports mutual seal (domestic by turned)

Could you tell me what this means please ? Thank you.

Hi R GALLAGHER,

I checked today and find the local post office is delivering it. Perhaps your son may receive the letter today or in next few days.

Would you please show me the correct way to Address a letter to the UK. a visual example would be excellent. The reason i ask this question, i recently posted a letter to the UK. from Hengyang City and the letter came back to me, i was forced to pay postage again which i think is utterly unfair and i want to make sure this does not happen again.
