My parcel from China with tracking number "RM293562386CN" has been in your office for quite sometime and I didn't indicate your office as the final destination. What could have gone wrong? Please help me understand or if there's any requirement form me from your end. Thank you in advance.

It's alreay in Kenya now. Kenya Post is in charge of delivering it to you. You'd better contact Kenya Post to check it for you.
