Tracking # Your order from Snatchbles has been shipped. China Post tracking number: LY662673269CN. Says delivered to front desk, that is impossible it is a personal residence not a business. I have never received this item, and would like a refund or my item.

Hi Skassie27,

In general, if it's not delivered to your address, you need to contact the seller to ask if the tracking number is right. The seller may give you a tracking number of another customer. If the number is right, he may filled the address by mistake. If all are right, you need to contact USPS to reflect the problem and check it for you as soon as possible. The seller should give you a solution (refund you or send one again to you) at last if you couldn't get it.

I have tracked this item and it states it has been delivered. it has not been delivered. I have not received it. I was in all day and no delivery came on the 20th November. I have also checked my CCTV and nothing was delivered. I have checked with all my neighbours, no delivery has been received. I have paid for an order which states delivered when tracked but I have NOT received the delivery. I have contacted the seller and they said they can’t help.

Hi when i checked the tracking order, it showed delivered successfully on 31 Oct 1400hrs, yet I do not received any delivery nor msg regarding delivery. My delivery address is exact. Pls double check my parcel.
