Hi Josef Witos,

Your package is not normal. It may not leave China now. You'd better watch your deadline of receiving the item and if you couldn't receive it before the deadline, open a dispute to get your money back. Or, you may get nothing at last.

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
