I have not received my order with tracking number AT309733911CN even though it says that I have.
With what courier do you do business here in Greece?
I went to Elta Greece official postal services to claim it and they don't have this tracking number in their system

my order says it's in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It seemed all good when it departed from transport hub, but today I got a notification from my tracking app saying there were issues in processing by customs authorities. What does this mean?
