Hello Daisy (or anyone who is responsible here)!
I have package I've sent off over 5 weeks ago and it hasn't been updated or moved since 8th July.
I informed the receiver to contact you China Post or EMS China to clarify the details and say they cannot release package because the name is not the same (I put his English name on label and not original/Chinese name), so it is now stuck in your inventory.
The information of the delivery is:

Can you please help me on this matter?

Thanks for replying back to me. We have tried that many times during the past few weeks but there is no response, also as stated in my message, because I put his english name they refuse to release it to him, so there is no progress happening even if we try very hard.
I have original papers to prove but there's no way to make contact and I am from the UK!
Do you have contact email by any chance so we can resolve this??

Sorry, we are only a tracking plarform and couldn't help you solve this problm. You need to let the receiver in China to call China Post to ask how to solve this problem.
