CP324549413CN was sent from Beijing to Warsaw almost two months ago.
I have still not received the parcel. Also, the tracking number disappeared from your system.
Could you pls explain what happened?

It has been in Poland since Jan. 20 and Poland Post has tried to deliver it to you but seems failed. The current status is 'item can be collected at the post office'.
You'd better contact Poland Post as soon as possible to ask where to collect it.

It was just sent from Beijing on Dec. 2, 2016 and left China on Dec. 5. It usually takes 40-60 days to arrive Poland. I think it will arrive in the next week.
