My name is Zulayeva Petimat. I received a notification saying that the delivery of my parcel with the tracking number AT657674173CN failed.
I live at the following address:
25/0024 Rue Neufmoulin, 4820 Dison, Belgium
I would like to know how to arrange a redelivery or where I can pick up the package.

The delivery was failed on April 2. You need contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Belgium. Then, use the number to check with Belgium Post about it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
