Delivery delays

Is there any problem with sending packages from Shenzhen and Hangzhou in China to Europe?
I have several orders that have arrived to Shenzhen and Hangzhou 2-3 weeks ago but are still waiting to be shipped.
Before it use to take 4-7 days and then shipped.

Do you mean China Post have got the packages but havn't shipped them?
